Before you reserve:

• Seasons and rates will vary by hotel and product
• Packages may be started any day of the week
• In most hotels Children 15 and under stay free (in parent's room)
• Some hotels have a required minimum nights stay during peak season
• Some of the hotels, the housekeeping and baggage gratuities are included
• Prices do not include taxes
• Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice
• All posted exchange rates are approximate and can change without notice.

Booking and Payment Information:
A deposit of $100 per person is required at time of booking. Full payment of the package is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment for reservations made within 45 days of arrival are due on confirmation. Prices do not include National Park fees. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

U.S. Dollars:
U.S. funds are worth more in Canada. To convert to U.S. dollars multiply by .80 (approximate value, rates fluctuate). For example, $180 Cdn x .80 = $144 U.S.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival are subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee. Further fees may be assessed, depending on hotel. Vacation packages are fully non-refundable prior to 30 days of arrival. Unused portions of packages are non-refundable.

Responsibility:
Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
